Mists of Pandaria Reputation Rewards List for Protection Warriors
Below is a list of Epic gear that can be obtained through reputation with various factions. I have only linked the gear with true defensive stats on it (ie. dodge & parry)..... Obviously there is Plate DPS gear as well but looking through the lists there is nothing with core stats of Mastery and Hit or Expertise.

Ring - Alani's Inflexible Ring
Shoulders - Shoulders of Autumnlight
Trinket - Mogu Rune of Paralysis (Honoured)
August Celestials
Boots/Feet - Yu'lon Guardian Boots
Gloves/Hands - Gloves of the Overwhelming Swarm
Wrist - Battle Shadow Bracers
Klaxxi
Legs - Kovok's Riven Legguards
Neck - Paragon's Pale Pendant
Belt - Klaxxi Lash of the Consumer
Noteworthy - Restorative Amber (Honoured)
